Terms of Service

Last updated: September 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of Orbvelo. Plain language, no surprises.

1. The service

Orbvelo provides construction management software for budgeting, forecasting, leads, estimates, contracts, e-signatures, invoicing, expenses, documents and team collaboration, along with this website.

By creating an account or using Orbvelo, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the team members you invite.

You must be authorized to enter into these terms on behalf of any company you register.

3. Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Each new subscription begins with a 2-day free trial; you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your current plan's features until then. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Prices may change with notice before your next billing period.

4. AI credits

Plans include a monthly pool of AI credits shared across your workspace. Credits are consumed by AI-powered features such as voice budget entry, estimate drafting and scope writing. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data, documents and files you add to Orbvelo. You grant us the rights needed to store, process and transmit that content to operate the service, including delivering documents and invoices to the recipients you choose.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your budgets, estimates, contracts and invoices, for obtaining any consents needed to collect electronic signatures, and for complying with laws that apply to your business. E-signed records produced through Orbvelo are provided as a tool; you are responsible for confirming they meet the legal requirements of your jurisdiction and agreements.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another workspace's data, or use Orbvelo for unlawful purposes.

6. Payments to you

Invoice payments from your clients are processed by Stripe and deposited to the Stripe account you connect. Orbvelo is not a party to your contracts with your clients and is not responsible for disputes, refunds or chargebacks between you and them.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Orbvelo available and improving, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may update features over time and will avoid materially reducing paid functionality during an active billing period.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbvelo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from your business decisions made using the product. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Orbvelo and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. To request account deletion, email info@orbvelo.com.
