Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account with an email address and password, we store your email address and a securely hashed password. When you sign in with Google, we request only the openid, email and profile scopes — this gives us your Google account ID, name, email address and profile picture, and nothing else. We use this solely to authenticate you and manage your account.

Workspace data. Projects, budgets, expenses, leads, estimates, contracts, invoices, clients, documents and team details you enter are stored so the product can function.

Content you upload. Documents and PDFs you upload for sending or signing are stored in our file storage so recipients can view and sign them.

Voice input. When you use voice budget entry, audio you record is processed to transcribe and interpret your words into budget items. We do not use your recordings to identify you.

Payment information. Subscription and invoice payments are processed by Stripe. Orbvelo never sees or stores full card numbers — Stripe handles card data directly under its own security standards.

To create and secure your account, including sign-in and password recovery.

To operate the product: syncing your projects, budgets, paperwork and team across devices.

To send transactional email you trigger or configure, such as signature requests, invoice delivery, invites and account alerts.

To process payments and manage your subscription.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your project data to train AI models.

Orbvelo runs on managed cloud infrastructure for hosting, database, authentication, file storage and email delivery. We use Stripe for payment processing and Google for optional sign-in. AI-powered features (voice budget entry, estimate drafting and scope writing) process the text or audio you submit through our AI provider solely to return the result you requested.

Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver its service to Orbvelo.

Your workspace data is visible to you and the team members you invite. Documents, estimates and invoices you send are visible to the recipients you choose. Signed documents and payment pages are accessible through the unique links sent to those recipients.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We retain your data while your account is active. You may delete projects and documents at any time from within the product. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at info@orbvelo.com and we will process the request.

Access to your data is protected by authenticated sessions and row-level access controls so that workspace data is only reachable by authorized members. Passwords are stored as hashes, never in plain text.

We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Google Ads tag (Google tag, gtag.js) to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our advertising. These tools collect information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, device type, browser, and the actions you take (for example, signing up or starting a subscription).

This data is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC for measurement and ad optimization purposes. We do not send personal project data, client lists, or financial records to Meta or Google.

You can opt out at any time by clicking Cookie settings in the footer and rejecting marketing cookies, by using Meta's own ad preferences, or through Google's Ads Settings.

You can update your profile and company details in Settings, control which alerts and emails you receive, and cancel your plan at any time. You may request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing info@orbvelo.com.
